A free medical camp was organised in the campus of Fatima Mata Mission Hospital, Kalpetta on 10 Feb, 2019 in association with Mathrubhumi & Grihalakshmi Vedhi, Kalpetta branch. The programme was inaugurated by the Municipal Chairperson, Smt. Sanitha Jagadish. Chief Administrative Officer of Fatima Mata Mission Hospital, Rev. Fr. Jimmy Podoor CMI welcomed the gathering. There were awareness classes on the symptoms, treatment and prevention methods on cancer especially on female group. The sessions were handled by Dr. Sr. Mary Jose, Gynecologist; Dr. V. J. Sebastian, General Surgeon and Dr. Abubackar Zeeshan Manzar, General Physician. The camp had the consultation of specialities like Gen. Surgery, Gen. Medicine, Gynecology, Orthopaedics, Urology, Otorhinolaryngology and Dental.
